Ocean Front Property

Movie Ocean Front Property
Year 2004
Rick Noonson: [in Voice Over] I'd watch the waves come in. Every wave alters the beach a little bit. Grain by tiny grain, the beach changes completely. After a while, a beach can become practically unrecognizable. Like life, I suppose.
Stan Locke: I get ingrown toenails all the time. It's genetic. Something to do with the shape of my toes. I have low metabolism. I'm folically challenged. Colon cancer runs in the family, so I'm sure I'll have the pleasure of the butt-camera soon...
Dr. Jordan Locke: Stan, what are you talking about?
Stan Locke: I'm no treasure to behold. Genetically, anyway. There's just nothing that says that my genes need to go on at all. In fact, maybe this is God's way of saying 'this has to stop, right now!'
Valerie Rogers: [on hearing Rick walking down the stairs right after talking about him] Speak of the devil.
Stan Locke: Speak of the Valerie.
Valerie Rogers: You do know 'Stan' is only one letter from 'Satan' don't you?
Stan Locke: [he looks at the distance between them] No, Stan's about five feet from Satan.
